We have bought, rehabbed and rented over 200 properties since 2009. We identify our own deals, we rehab the property, we rent it and we manage them too. We have a separate property management group that manages everything from single family homes to 100,000 sq. ft. warehouses, and we have dedicated staff for each of these specialties. We take diligent care of every rental property we manage.
Turn Key Property Management Services Provided
- Handling phone calls including late night emergency calls
- Finding quality tenants, meeting them, showing the properties, answering their questions and renting them out
- Every month, we collect rent from tenants on your behalf. Your money will then be disbursed according to your requirements by our Accounting department. If the tenant fails to pay rent on time, we will collect the payment including late fees
- Every month, we send you an itemized statement showing income and expenses related to your turn key investment property
- Taking work orders, contacting contractors and getting repairs done
- Working with county and other government entities
- We offer in house property maintenance services
- Working with housing authority, lawyers, contractors, dealers, agents, cable guys, phone companies, gas and other utilities
- Arranging home inspections

How do we choose Tenants?
We believe in finding quality tenants because this is your revenue source and caretaker of the property. Our tenant screening process is very strict. This helps us to choose quality tenants who will lease the property for a many years and pay their rents on time.
Some of the things that we do before choosing a tenant are:
- We check their credit and income history
- We check their police records
- We check for past evictions
- We cross check their references, which includes past landlords (if any), employers and sometimes we pay visit to their existing residence in order to observe how they’ve kept their current house
- We make sure that we are following the Federal Fair Housing Act, which prohibits any discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability
