GC Realty Investments was doing Turn Key Real Estate before it was turn key real estate. GC Realty Investments is a subsidiary of GC Realty and Development – a full service real estate investment company.  Our roots are in property management.  When we started our business, the goal was simple: Make our customers money.  If we helped our customers make money, they would want to buy more property with us as their agent, and then we could manage more.  If we protected our clients bottom line then our business would grow.  And it did.  It allowed us to start investing in properties just like our clients.  We have bought, rehabbed and rented over 300 cash flowing properties since 2005.
